Hooray: Summer Is Finally Here

Everybody loves summer. Nostalgia sets in when you hear the ice cream truck passing through the neighborhood. Most children, having just finished school, vehemently look forward to long days spent relaxing by the pool. My favorite part lies just in the weather. I can go outside in a t-shirt and shorts and be absolutely fine which is wonderful. The boardwalks and beaches slowly begin to open and as the ocean gets warmer after a couple months I can finally muster the courage to swim in it to let my body cool down after tanning, and who could forget the taste of a cold lemonade after being outside all afternoon on a hot day. Maybe take one of my festival tents to one of the many music festivals taking place every summer. It seems like activities are just so much more enjoyable outside when it's warm. There really aren't too many people who dislike the summertime, at least on the basis of weather. And lets not forget the best part about summer, girls in bikinis.
